| Fernando Noriega, located near Monkton, Maryland, achieved the rank of Equestrian Master as a Cavalry Officer in the Peruvian Army. He has 25 years experience as a classical dressage trainer, in addition to teaching jumping, cross country, hunting, quadrille, and polo. He has taught dressage to military officers and international students from France, Japan, Chile, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, and the United States. His equestrian skills and expertise led to a position on the Peruvian Regimental Presidential Escort and successful completion with high marks at the Chilean Cavalry School Master Course. Other accomplishments include first place at the Peru Army Equestrian School as a Master and a gold medal at the Chilean Army Dressage contest.
